A Musical Christmas Gift for my readers
Generally speaking, Intentional Catholic is a space for me to share words, and most of you who follow me here know me in that context—as a writer of reflections and novels. But my actual, formal education is as a musician. I write music for Catholic worship, lead music at my parish, and I present workshops, concerts, and evenings (or days) of reflection.
As a Christmas gift to you, my dear readers, I want to share recordings of my two published Christmas songs, Still (fondly known within the Liturgical Composers Forum as “the milk-drunk song”) and Star of the East. I hope you enjoy… and I pray for each of us, wherever we are, the grace of a peace-filled, truly holy Christmas season, despite the chaos of the world and the uncertainty about the future.
See you in the new year.
